| Nationality / Citizenship | Indian citizen / as per rules for subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, PIO categories. |

| Educational Qualification | Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with English as one subject at SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduation level. Proficiency in the regional language of the State/UT applied for is essential. |
